Bespoke software engineering projects are delivered in milestone sprints. If a client cancels prior to the kickoff of Sprint 1 (before architecture & design approval), a 100% full refund of deposit funds will be issued within 5-7 business days.
Once a milestone sprint is completed, audited, and approved by the client on staging servers, milestone payments for that completed sprint are non-refundable. Future un-started sprints may be canceled at any time with zero penalty.
Due to the non-returnable nature of downloadable digital source code repositories, purchases of pre-packaged codebases or n8n workflow schemas are generally non-refundable once downloaded, except in cases where a code asset is proven fundamentally defective and cannot be resolved by support.
To submit a refund request for project deposits, please email contact@stackorbitai.com with your invoice reference number. Our accounts department processes approved refunds back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
