By accessing stackorbitai.com, contracting custom software development, or downloading our n8n scripts, codebases, or digital tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
StackOrbitAI delivers custom software engineering, AI voice agents, web applications, and database automations. Upon full payment of agreed project invoices, full ownership of bespoke client source code is transferred to the client, excluding open-source dependencies or pre-existing agency libraries.
Free and paid code assets downloaded from StackOrbitAI are licensed for use in personal or commercial client applications. Redistribution or reselling of un-modified raw code assets as standalone templates is strictly prohibited unless authorized under MIT license terms.
Custom software projects include a 30-day post-launch warranty period during which bug fixes and syntax corrections within the agreed project scope are resolved without additional charge.
StackOrbitAI shall not be held liable for third-party API downtime (e.g. OpenAI, Twilio, Shopify, Meta API outages), unauthorized access to client servers caused by weak client credentials, or loss of profits resulting from software misuse.
